Due to the nature of this industry, we might not always receive our shipments at the same time as other stores. Our estimated time of arrival is only an estimated time frame provided to us by our suppliers. Sometimes it's faster than other stores, and sometimes it is not. Please rest assured that we will always ship it as soon as we possibly can once we receive it.
Payment/Charging
Pre-Orders will be charge at the time of order to ensure reservation of the item(s).
Orders with "In-Stock" and "Pre-Order" items
If there are multiple items in an order that includes a Pre-Order item and a In-Stock item, then we will not ship any part of your order until all of your items are available. If you want the in-stock item immediately, please make separate orders between them.
Cancellation of Pre-Orders
All sales are final after 24 hours. Any cancellation after the 24 hours period will incur a 20% cancellation fee on Pre-Orders.

We do our best to pack all our orders with extreme care. As collectors ourselves, we'll pack your order just the way that we would like to receive it.
All regular sized Funko POPs purchased on our website will be shipped in soft protector.
All items sold are carefully inspected before shipping out to you. This provide both you and us the peace of mind that you'll be receiving the correct item ordered and in undamaged condition as advertised.
Please allow up to 24 hours after submitting your order to be processed, and an estimated 2-6 business days for delivery. Our company ships on Monday through Friday, and sometimes even Saturday if necessary. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following working day.
Please note that the delivery time frame is an estimate only, as delays beyond our control can occur with mail carriers.
All products purchased and shipped from epiccollectibles.com are packaged by us but handled by USPS or UPS. As a result, risk of loss or damage for such products will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Since we do not have any control over the shipping process handled by the carrier, we can't be held responsible for their delivery practices and cannot guarantee that your order will always arrive in mint condition. We are not responsible for any damages caused by freight forwarders.

All Sales are final. Sam Collectibles has a no return or exchange policy with the exception of special circumstances below:
Incorrectly received items purchased from Epic Collectibles can be returned for refund within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered will not be eligible for return. We are unable to refund any shipping costs.Due to the limited nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that the item(s) will be replaced.In order to be eligible for a return, you must email support@samcollectibles.net. If your shipment qualifies for a return, instructions will be provided. Returns sent back without authorization will be refused.We cannot guarantee that we will have replacement for sold out items as replacement inventory is not always available.
Special Circumstances
Staff Error: If we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong item, please contact us at support@samcollectibles.net within 7 days of receiving and we will begin processing your return and replacement at no additional cost to you. Images of incorrect product may be required, and call tags will be issued prior to the replacement shipping.
Defective items: If you receive an item with a manufacturer's defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement. Images are required and all replacements are subject to our customer service discretion. Please be advised that we do not consider paint blemishes on Funko pops as a manufacturer's defect.Shipping Damage: If your purchase arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate a parcel damage claim. Please email support@samcollectibles.net with photographs of the package and damaged contents. *Please note that a minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for parcel insurance or refund claims. A small bend, scuff or indentation on exterior packaging can occur at any point in the manufacturing, supply or shipping processes.Refused or Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned because of purchaser error, such as, invalid or insufficient shipping address provided, or refused delivery may subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price. Customers are able to contact us to arrange alternate shipment.

All sales are final and cannot be canceled once your order has been processed for shipment.
Please carefully review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure billing/shipping address, and quantities ordered are correct. We are not able to update quantities, add or remove items, or update the shipping address after the order is confirmed.
Quantity Limits
To provide all our customers the best chance at purchasing exclusive or non-exclusive items, or for any other reason, we reserve the right to limit quantities.
Products may be limited per order, per person or household, or to orders that use the same credit card, billing and/or shipping address, or share any other order attribute.
Orders found to exceed the limit placed on an item may be canceled after the order is placed. If an order is canceled, a pending charge may appear on your statement, which will reverse within 2-7 business days, however this time frame can vary depending on the financial institution.
Those who use multiple email addresses, manipulate shipping addresses, place multiple, excessive orders of the same product, or try and bypass our product limits in any other way may have all orders canceled and/or be blocked from making future purchases.
